How our scantlings are made.

To ensure the high quality of the final product, the raw material is obtained from the high-grade pine timber that is evaluated and sorted according to the technical requirements of window production. The pine window and door sections are produced from vertical and semi vertical grain lamellas of local pine. Processing further, the carefully selected material is finger-jointed in length. The finger jointed board after a quality planing is glued together with the humidity resistant D 4 PVA glue. In the same way, boards are glued where the raw material is knotless and faultless in the whole length of the board which is needed for production of varnished windows. The glued laminate section makes the window frame more resistant to the effects of the outer factors.
