Sliding systems are timber window/door units, where casement slides on boxes upper and lower parts. Sliding system casements are produced only with 90˚ degree angle corners. SIA "Flora" is manufacturing 3 types of sliding systems:

1. Parallely sliding casement systems;

2. Folding sliding casement systems;

3. Big size sliding systems.

Sliding system unit consists of a handle, water outlet aluminium profile and installation straps. Outside varnished sliding systems have a water outlet cover plates (FA 21).

SIA "Flora" is manufacturing German standart IV 68, IV 78 and special big size sliding systems.

German standart IV 68:

• Box and casement thickness is 68 mm;

• window/door casement slides parallely to the box or is folding one on another;

• windows/doors have 2 sealing layers;

• inward glazing beads.

German standart IV 78:

• Box and casement thickness is 78 mm;

• window/door casement slides parallely to the box or is folding one on another;

• windows/doors have 2 sealing layers;

• inward glazing beads.

Big size sliding systems:

• Box thickness is 171 mm;

• casement thickness is 68 mm;

• window/door casement slides parallely to the box;

• windows/doors have 2 sealing layers;

• inward glazing beads.

Sliding system box limitations:

Boxes max width:

• 3500 mm from fixed material

• 6000 mm from fingerjointed material, if the height is not heigher than 2800 mm- are manufactured only with inner division mullions.

Boxes max height is 2800 mm.

Allowed size deformations are up to 3 mm on 1m.

Sliding system casement limitations:

SIA "Flora" is using company "ROTO" and "G.U." sliding systems.

Parallely slidable- tiltable casement unit limitations:

• Casement max weight is 150 kg;

• casement width: min. 636 mm - max 1650 mm;

• casement height: min. 837 mm - max 2400 mm.

In casements with max allowed weight up to 130 kg is used ROTO PATIO 3130 S sliding system. In casements with max allowed weight up to 150 kg is used ROTO PATIO 4150 S sliding system.

Parallely sliding casement unit limitations:

• Casement max weight is 200 kg;

• casement width: min 756 mm - max 2000 mm;

• casement height: min. 856 mm - max 2400 mm.

In casements is used G-U 966/200 sliding system.

Foldable- slidable casement limitations:

• Casement max weight is 80 kg;

• casement width: min 436 mm - max 930 mm, fixed casement up to 1200 mm;

• casement height: min 836 mm - max 2400 mm.

Big size casement unit limitations if the casements weight is up to 300 kg

• casement width: min 770 mm - max 3235 mm;

• casement height: min 690 mm - max 2670 mm;

• max box width is 6000 mm.

Big size casement unit limitations if the casements weight is up to 600 kg

• casement width: min 950 mm - max 3300 mm;

• casement height: min 1855 mm - max 2540 mm.

In ncasements is used G.U. 934 sliding system. Door step is only possible in silver - aluminium colouring.
